Netscape Communicator 4.x users:
Select "Edit | Preferences" from the main menu. On the resulting "Preferences" pop-up window, select "Advanced" from the Category list. Under the Advanced options, make sure the "Accept all Cookies" checkbox is checked.

Netscape 6.x / 7.x users:
Select "Edit | Preferences" from the main menu. On the resulting "Preferences" pop-up window, select "Privacy & Security | Cookies" from the Category list. Make sure that "Enable all cookies" checkbox is checked.

Internet Explorer 4.x users:
Select "View | Internet Options" from the main menu. On the resulting "Internet Options" pop-up window select the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down and make sure "Always accept cookies" checkbox is checked.

Internet Explorer 5.x users:
Select "Tools | Internet Options" from the main menu. On the resulting "Internet Options" pop-up window select the "Security" tab. Press the "Custom Level" button. Scroll down and make sure "Enable" is selected under "Cookies".

Internet Explorer 6.x users:
Select "Tools | Internet Options" from the main menu. On the resulting "Internet Options" pop-up window select the "Privacy" tab. Ensure that "Settings" is set at medium.
